800-square-foot one-bedroom, and 1,600-square-foot duplex two-bedroom suite villas, on 11 acres, with pool and two newly-resurfaced tennis courts.
Goblin Hill stays are 2 nights or more (3 nights for holiday weekends, 4 nights for Christmas), and require 24 hours' notice.
Our prix-fixe breakfast on the Hummingbird Terrace is US$18, our bar menu is $12 and up, and dinner is $30. Please order meals in advance. Or choose to relax on your villa terrace or balcony and enjoy meals overlooking gardens and the Bay, for an additional 18%. Let us know which you would prefer.
Personal cook service in your villa is also available in limited numbers, for $60 a day. Your groceries are bought at cost plus 10% service charge, or you may bring your own.
You may wish to give your cook-housekeeper a gratuity directly if you feel her service has equalled or surpassed your expectations.
➺ PLEASE NOTE: San San Beach is currently open on weekends only. And: the Blue Lagoon is open again, after a reorganization! A must-visit. No cars allowed now; it's just a 10-min. walk from Goblin Hill.

Goblin Hill accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or by USD bank/wire transfer (see below for account information) only; no cheques or cash. All payments are non-refundable. Please buy travel insurance in case you have to cancel your trip.
