Rates are quoted in US currency and are subject to change without notice. All prices are per villa, not per person. The services of a cook / housekeeper are included.

In the event of a cancellation which falls within the refund period, there will be an administrative/cancellation fee of US$25.

One extra person per one bedroom villa, and two extra persons per two bedroom villa. Maximum of 3 persons in a 1 bedroom villa, 6 persons in a 2 bedroom villa. The 3rd person in the 1 bedroom villa, and the 5th and 6th persons in the 2 bedroom villa, attract a per person rate of US$40 plus 10% tax per person per night. Children and infants under two years old are included in the extra person designation, but stay free.
